Name and role
Daniele Cartabia, Quality Manager.

How long have you been at AD TubI?
I’ve been with AD TubI since 2009. Over the years, I’ve closely followed the evolution of processes and technologies, contributing to the company’s growth from a quality perspective.

Is there a project you’re particularly proud of?
The nuclear project, officially launched in 2025.

How did this journey begin?
The nuclear project was officially launched in 2025; however, A.D. Tubi Inossidabili had already been operating in the sector for several years, supplying products in Europe, the United States, and Canada. This experience allowed us to develop significant expertise and gain a clear understanding of a highly regulated and strategic industry.

What is the main objective of the project?
Our primary objective is to achieve ISO 19443 certification, which is essential to formally enter the nuclear supply chain. The process is currently underway and represents a structured and progressive path.

To support this goal, a dedicated Nuclear Team has been established within the company, responsible for guiding the implementation of the required standards. We expect to complete the project by mid-2027.

What benefits will this initiative bring to the company?
The value of the project goes beyond certification. The Nuclear Team is tasked with spreading nuclear culture throughout the organization, training and raising awareness across all departments about a strategic sector characterized by the highest regulatory standards.

The objective is to educate the company to meet nuclear-level quality standards, which are among the most demanding in any industry. By doing so, we raise the overall level of the organization, strengthen our processes, and further consolidate a rigorous quality culture.

What has been the most significant challenge so far?
The main challenge has been complying with extremely stringent regulations. Operating in the nuclear sector requires a much higher level of attention compared to standard contexts: many additional aspects must be considered, more variables need to be managed, and the requirements are particularly demanding.

It is a challenging journey, but it also represents a major opportunity for structural growth for the company.

Reliable, meticulous and always composed, Daniele is one of the pillars of AD TubI and the quiet strength behind our quality.

His approach to work is perfectly summed up by his personal motto:
“Keeping it perfect, one tiny detail at a time!”
