Whistleblowing
A.D. Tubi Inossidabili, in the constant promotion of a corporate culture characterised by virtuous behaviour and a governance system that prevents the commission of offences, has implemented the new regulations on Whistleblowing introduced by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
This channel:
- allows a report to be made in written or oral form;
- is configured in compliance with the parameters set out in Legislative Decree 24/2023, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the reporter, the reported person, if any, and the content of the report;
- allows contact to be maintained with the reporting manager, by means of a special format.
