On November 27, we celebrated our first Safety Day, a meaningful initiative dedicated to one of the core values that define our corporate identity: the protection of people.

It was a special day, distinguished by an innovative format structured around different thematic areas, the powerful and authentic testimony of Matteo Mondini, and a shared journey with professionals who transformed traditional training into an engaging and participatory experience.

Above all, the true driving force of the day was the energy and involvement of our colleagues, who took an active role with awareness, commitment, and a strong sense of shared responsibility.

The Safety Day was a Group-wide initiative and was held again the following day at CPC Inox, reaffirming a concrete and shared commitment to promoting a strong safety culture, responsibility, and the exchange of best practices.

For an entire day, all production activities were suspended — a deliberate and meaningful decision to place what truly matters at the center: people and their working environment. Because safety is not just a requirement, but a fundamental value that guides our daily actions.
